Excellent customer care I had such wonderful service customer service recently getting my first storage unit - I went back to get another one . Thank you Susan for all your help with everything . You went above and beyond and even gave me a much needed bottle of water to drink on a very hot Rocklin summer’s day .

Not to mention very accommodating for our needs…. I highly recommend them. The facility is extremely clean and safe. Would not store anywhere else. Cindy at the front desk has been very helpful and accommodating!
