Great service Great service! I had an issue where the carrier (Onway logitics) cancelled on the day of pick up and that was terrible. I had to leave that same day. So I called Amerfreight for help and they immediately helped me. Found me another carrier in a few hours and all was good except for the delay in leaving. Overall very satisfied with Amerfreight. They made it easy for me to transport my car across states.

This was my first time shipping… This was my first time shipping anything and Gina did a great job of explaining the process and helping me through it. The driver who transported my vehicle was also excellent.

Requirement: transport a mint 1988 Mercedes-Benz 420SEL from the frozen prairie (remember that opening scene in Fargo, the wind blowing the snow over the lonely highway?) to the deep South. I did my research, thought I knew how to get the job done. I got quotes from other companies, talked to the competition. And then Jen from AmeriFreight called, and we talked, and then I understood how this was actually going to work. And it did, and my baby arrived, and Jen made sure all my questions were answered, all my concerns were addressed, I understood what my choices were, and I had peace.

A great company to broker your auto transport! I am so glad that I went with Amerifreight! I happened to get Amanda at Amerifreight. She was very kind, and I just got a good feeling when speaking with her. Immediately I felt I could trust her and her opinion. She put our transport out for bid and contacted me as soon as she got a hit. Well, for whatever reason, the actual transport company reneged on our agreed dates for pickup and drop off. That upset me. I felt like the transport company was doing a bait and switch. I immediately contacted Amanda at Amerifreight and told her the story and that I wanted nothing to do with that transporting company. Amanda agreed and put us out to bid again. We got another hit for the transport. This time the transport company wouldn't call me back. That pissed me off. I figure if they wouldn't return calls before they get the vehicle they probably wouldn't stay in contact when they picked up the vehicle. Once again I contacted Amerifreight and told Amanda what happened. Amanda and her manager contacted the transport company called them out. They lied about why they didn't call me etc. Amanda once again, put me out for bid. When we got a hit, Amanda herself researched the company and gave me the name to check them out myself. I trusted her opinion when she told me she felt good about them. Amanda was right! the third company we used. They were fantastic and things went smoothly. If you're thinking you don't want/need an auto broker, you might want to reconsider. Amerifreight (Amanda) were a great go between and worth every penny. Thank you Amerifreight, Amanda and Amanda's manager. Your empathy for my situation and honesty made my shipping of a car so much more reassuring.
