A great company to broker your auto transport! I am so glad that I went with Amerifreight! I happened to get Amanda at Amerifreight. She was very kind, and I just got a good feeling when speaking with her. Immediately I felt I could trust her and her opinion. She put our transport out for bid and contacted me as soon as she got a hit. Well, for whatever reason, the actual transport company reneged on our agreed dates for pickup and drop off. That upset me. I felt like the transport company was doing a bait and switch. I immediately contacted Amanda at Amerifreight and told her the story and that I wanted nothing to do with that transporting company. Amanda agreed and put us out to bid again. We got another hit for the transport. This time the transport company wouldn't call me back. That pissed me off. I figure if they wouldn't return calls before they get the vehicle they probably wouldn't stay in contact when they picked up the vehicle. Once again I contacted Amerifreight and told Amanda what happened. Amanda and her manager contacted the transport company called them out. They lied about why they didn't call me etc. Amanda once again, put me out for bid. When we got a hit, Amanda herself researched the company and gave me the name to check them out myself. I trusted her opinion when she told me she felt good about them. Amanda was right! the third company we used. They were fantastic and things went smoothly. If you're thinking you don't want/need an auto broker, you might want to reconsider. Amerifreight (Amanda) were a great go between and worth every penny. Thank you Amerifreight, Amanda and Amanda's manager. Your empathy for my situation and honesty made my shipping of a car so much more reassuring.

Sincerity Goes a Long Way Whenever a person is sincere about what they do then you will always find common ground to connect. We used AmeriFreight to ship my son's new car to his Army base in Seattle. Prior to reaching out to AmeriFreight, I did my due diligence and read a lot of the Google and BBB reviews about several companies, and I read a positive review that mentioned a representative named Harry Davis. The heavens must have been smiling on me that day because low and behold guess who answered the phone when I called? (Harry Davis order #16183002). As the Broker's representative for the transaction Harry made sure I was comfortable with choosing the right carrier for me as well as explaining the entire process in detail. Throughout the process over various types of communication, I felt Harry was very authentic, sincere, knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant about the level of service he consistently provides. He alleviated a lot of my concerns since this was my first time using a transport service and I felt very comfortable that my son's car was in good hands.
