Booking on line is so easy, I get reasonable quotes quickly, and the from their staff is by far the best I've experienced dealing with any logistics companies. I will continue using them for all of my transportation needs.

Limited integration with ecommerce plateforms We're using Ecwid as our ecommerce platform. There is no integration between freightera and ecwid which forces us to manually enter and quote all shipments and parcels. Other than the integration issue the platform is great, nice to see multiple prices in one shot.

Intelligent knowledgeable staff - website color Intelligent knowledgeable staff. only thing that is a problem is the color of the website text Pink and green are hard to read and I have a great monitor set up for proper graphic colors.
