Out of the blue rate increase I checked with multiple storage container suppliers and opted to go with you because you were "slightly cheaper" than most other options. Now, out of the blue you are raising the prices which defeats the purpose of me choosing you. I honestly would not raise rates on existing rentals until it hit the year mark (12 months), then make an adjustment. But what do I know. I own rental properties and have not raised rates on any of my tenants because I enjoy having "long term" rental income and less turnover. ***UPDATE*** Mike reached out to me about my issue with the price increase and he understood and corrected the issue for me. He made it right which I really appreciate. I have in turn adjusted my star rating to reflect.

5⭐️ Service I spoke with the front office the day of the delivery, which gave me a window of time, also, the driver called to give us an approximate time. The delivery of the storage container was delivered in a convenient time We did not have to wait all day. The driver was very courteous, absolutely helpful and with good advice. Not the quality of container I expected, but they made it right The delivery was mostly smooth, but the condition of the containers weren't quite what I expected. If I had known there was so much rust involved with this quality of container, I would have opted for a higher level container. It would be helpful to have more thorough information about conditions of the lesser containers. The bottom of one of the door seal's, is rusted through to the rubber seal. It is my pleasure to update my review with a much better impression of the services offered by Western Container Sales. They did not skimp on reaching out to me and assisting me with my concerns expressed above. They asked what I needed help with to get my containers to a condition I could be happy with and they met my requests without hesitation. They are obviously in business to do business and for that I am thankful and recommend they be at the top of your list when shopping for a quality company.

Great people to deal with Great people to deal with, trucking company did not feel safe bring a container to our property, they had to go up a big hill with a steep turn and was afraid to get stuck, they refunded my money 100%.
