Now, out of the blue you are raising the prices which defeats the purpose of me choosing you. I honestly would not raise rates on existing rentals until it hit the year mark (12 months), then make an adjustment. But what do I know. I own rental properties and have not raised rates on any of my tenants because I enjoy having "long term" rental income and less turnover. ***UPDATE*** Mike reached out to me about my issue with the price increase and he understood and corrected the issue for me. He made it right which I really appreciate. I have in turn adjusted my star rating to reflect.
