I dealt with too many scammers trying to find a container and Western Containers made everything so easy. Details were very informative and their communication was hands down the best I have received in a long time. Delivery was very quick and simple. Driver dropped it exactly where I marked and was great to talk with while interacting with my kids.

The container price was excellent The container price was excellent. Shipping price a bit steep. Customer service was excellent. Great contact for day of delivery. The delivery driver was an unpleasant human being. He didn't want to drop the container where we wanted it. We paid a lot of money for a delivery, not for the guy to just drop it in drive. He eventually put it only 10 feet from where it was to go. Grumbled the whole time. To lay that much for delivery, I expect top notch service.

Container was delivered four days after… Container was delivered four days after we were originally told because of an issue with the deliverer. We were told about the delivery about 5 minutes before the driver came. I would have liked to have known when they were about to leave the port. The doors are difficult to open.

Out of the blue rate increase I checked with multiple storage container suppliers and opted to go with you because you were "slightly cheaper" than most other options. Now, out of the blue you are raising the prices which defeats the purpose of me choosing you. I honestly would not raise rates on existing rentals until it hit the year mark (12 months), then make an adjustment. But what do I know. I own rental properties and have not raised rates on any of my tenants because I enjoy having "long term" rental income and less turnover. ***UPDATE*** Mike reached out to me about my issue with the price increase and he understood and corrected the issue for me. He made it right which I really appreciate. I have in turn adjusted my star rating to reflect.

On top of it They were not only diligent about when to drop off the container and making sure there was enough room, but also even the weather conditions! Part of our driveway is gravel and they checked the weather leading up to the delivery date to make sure the ground wasn't gong to be too soft. Very thorough and they know their stuff!
