Out of the blue rate increase I checked with multiple storage container suppliers and opted to go with you because you were "slightly cheaper" than most other options. Now, out of the blue you are raising the prices which defeats the purpose of me choosing you. I honestly would not raise rates on existing rentals until it hit the year mark (12 months), then make an adjustment. But what do I know. I own rental properties and have not raised rates on any of my tenants because I enjoy having "long term" rental income and less turnover. ***UPDATE*** Mike reached out to me about my issue with the price increase and he understood and corrected the issue for me. He made it right which I really appreciate. I have in turn adjusted my star rating to reflect.

Great Container, Great Price Container was in much better shape than expected. Delivery was a breeze

Western Containers were great to work Western Containers were great to work with. I bought a container for work, Apon purchase i wanted the doors facing the building which isn't the norm for containers, i was called and asked if this was correct, then at that time we made the delivery date and time window, which was met in the time given.

Container was delivered four days after… Container was delivered four days after we were originally told because of an issue with the deliverer. We were told about the delivery about 5 minutes before the driver came. I would have liked to have known when they were about to leave the port. The doors are difficult to open.

On top of it They were not only diligent about when to drop off the container and making sure there was enough room, but also even the weather conditions! Part of our driveway is gravel and they checked the weather leading up to the delivery date to make sure the ground wasn't gong to be too soft. Very thorough and they know their stuff!
