Worked thru weather delays Container delivered to grassy lot. They had to reschedule several times due to rain. Will was helpful, checking the weather forecast for our area. When we finally got a dry day, delivery guy worked us in and delivered at 9:30 at night as heavy rain was forecasted next day. He also helped place railroad ties to put container on. That was above and beyond. Container is exactly as described: Weather tight, Doors open and latch properly. (As promised, it’s kind of ugly, but totally functional) Definite 5 star service from Western Container!!

Great people to deal with Great people to deal with, trucking company did not feel safe bring a container to our property, they had to go up a big hill with a steep turn and was afraid to get stuck, they refunded my money 100%. I don't like playing games when there's a problem and these people are on point. Thank you. We will be buying a container for our Medina location and we will be in contact when that time comes

The container price was excellent The container price was excellent. Shipping price a bit steep. Customer service was excellent. Great contact for day of delivery. The delivery driver was an unpleasant human being. He didn't want to drop the container where we wanted it. We paid a lot of money for a delivery, not for the guy to just drop it in drive. He eventually put it only 10 feet from where it was to go. Grumbled the whole time. To lay that much for delivery, I expect top notch service.

On top of it They were not only diligent about when to drop off the container and making sure there was enough room, but also even the weather conditions! Part of our driveway is gravel and they checked the weather leading up to the delivery date to make sure the ground wasn't gong to be too soft. Very thorough and they know their stuff!
