Likes and dislikes I liked that everything was easy, calling ahead of time , having everything ready by the time I got there. DISLIKED that after I did inspection , I found one of door hindges broken side wall bent and couldnt exchange it, cause they said that was the only one they had, it was more like what they were wanting to push out first

Container was delivered four days after… Container was delivered four days after we were originally told because of an issue with the deliverer. We were told about the delivery about 5 minutes before the driver came. I would have liked to have known when they were about to leave the port. The doors are difficult to open.

Worked thru weather delays Container delivered to grassy lot. They had to reschedule several times due to rain. Will was helpful, checking the weather forecast for our area. When we finally got a dry day, delivery guy worked us in and delivered at 9:30 at night as heavy rain was forecasted next day. He also helped place railroad ties to put container on. That was above and beyond. Container is exactly as described: Weather tight, Doors open and latch properly. (As promised, it’s kind of ugly, but totally functional) Definite 5 star service from Western Container!!

I dealt with too many scammers trying to find a container and Western Containers made everything so easy. Details were very informative and their communication was hands down the best I have received in a long time. Delivery was very quick and simple. Driver dropped it exactly where I marked and was great to talk with while interacting with my kids.

Not the quality of container I expected, but they made it right The delivery was mostly smooth, but the condition of the containers weren't quite what I expected. If I had known there was so much rust involved with this quality of container, I would have opted for a higher level container. It would be helpful to have more thorough information about conditions of the lesser containers. The bottom of one of the door seal's, is rusted through to the rubber seal. It is my pleasure to update my review with a much better impression of the services offered by Western Container Sales. They did not skimp on reaching out to me and assisting me with my concerns expressed above. They asked what I needed help with to get my containers to a condition I could be happy with and they met my requests without hesitation. They are obviously in business to do business and for that I am thankful and recommend they be at the top of your list when shopping for a quality company.
