Very easy process. Excellent Communication Very easy process. Excellent communication. This is a legit actual company. I dealt with too many scammers trying to find a container and Western Containers made everything so easy. Details were very informative and their communication was hands down the best I have received in a long time. Delivery was very quick and simple. Driver dropped it exactly where I marked and was great to talk with while interacting with my kids.

The container price was excellent The container price was excellent. Shipping price a bit steep. Customer service was excellent. Great contact for day of delivery. The delivery driver was an unpleasant human being. He didn't want to drop the container where we wanted it. We paid a lot of money for a delivery, not for the guy to just drop it in drive. He eventually put it only 10 feet from where it was to go. Grumbled the whole time. To lay that much for delivery, I expect top notch service.

I called one afternoon I called one afternoon, ordered a container, got it paid for the next morning, made my delivery the next morning (I’m a otr)went to the place to pickup container, got loaded and was gone. I’ve had more trouble trying to order pizza than a container. This was my first experience and everything went great!!!

Likes and dislikes I liked that everything was easy, calling ahead of time , having everything ready by the time I got there. DISLIKED that after I did inspection , I found one of door hindges broken side wall bent and couldnt exchange it, cause they said that was the only one they had, it was more like what they were wanting to push out first
