Details were very informative and their communication was hands down the best I have received in a long time. Delivery was very quick and simple. Out of the blue rate increase I checked with multiple storage container suppliers and opted to go with you because you were "slightly cheaper" than most other options. Now, out of the blue you are raising the prices which defeats the purpose of me choosing you. I honestly would not raise rates on existing rentals until it hit the year mark (12 months), then make an adjustment. But what do I know. I own rental properties and have not raised rates on any of my tenants because I enjoy having "long term" rental income and less turnover. ***UPDATE*** Mike reached out to me about my issue with the price increase and he understood and corrected the issue for me. He made it right which I really appreciate. I have in turn adjusted my star rating to reflect.

Container was delivered four days after… Container was delivered four days after we were originally told because of an issue with the deliverer. We were told about the delivery about 5 minutes before the driver came. I would have liked to have known when they were about to leave the port. The doors are difficult to open.
