I bought a container for work, Apon purchase i wanted the doors facing the building which isn't the norm for containers, i was called and asked if this was correct, then at that time we made the delivery date and time window, which was met in the time given.

The delivery of the storage container was delivered in a convenient time We did not have to wait all day. The driver was very courteous, absolutely helpful and with good advice. Out of the blue rate increase I checked with multiple storage container suppliers and opted to go with you because you were "slightly cheaper" than most other options. Now, out of the blue you are raising the prices which defeats the purpose of me choosing you. I honestly would not raise rates on existing rentals until it hit the year mark (12 months), then make an adjustment. But what do I know. I own rental properties and have not raised rates on any of my tenants because I enjoy having "long term" rental income and less turnover. ***UPDATE*** Mike reached out to me about my issue with the price increase and he understood and corrected the issue for me. He made it right which I really appreciate. I have in turn adjusted my star rating to reflect.

I called one afternoon I called one afternoon, ordered a container, got it paid for the next morning, made my delivery the next morning (I’m a otr)went to the place to pickup container, got loaded and was gone. I’ve had more trouble trying to order pizza than a container. This was my first experience and everything went great!!!
