But that does not mean that you or your so called partners mishandle other stuff. I lost at least $1000 worth of products due to mishandling. And that is after I chose their most premium package. In addition to this, LugLess never ever honors the timelines you want your goods delivered at. It is always whenever they find it comfortable. And when you question this, they will have dry response saying delivery is the responsibility of our partners. Botched up service. I’d recommend everyone reading this to find a competitor that actually cares.

Great experience. Easy and inexpensive process Got a large suitcase delivered from DC to Dallas. It was an extremely easy and smooth process. The basic service was very inexpensive but I chose label delivery and shipment pickup which I feel were a bit overpriced. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.
