GBSome recommendations: Good, but would be better with a few upgrades. Particularly the ability to save a list of previously/commonly shipped items. We sell parts online and are often shipping the same item, with same dimensions and weight. We should be able to just choose from a list. It's currently a very easy and simple shipping website, but a little too simple. Could use some more features.

GBEasy to check and compare rates and times Freightquote is easy to use to check and compare pricing from multiple carriers alongside of my usual go-to carriers. When Freightquote beets my normal carriers, the online processing is simple, fast, and easy. I've used them a half dozen or so times now, and they are becoming a new go-to.

GBFantastic customer support people make… Fantastic customer support people make a company great. I talked with Dorothy over the phone - not a robot. She gave me clear and precise instructions on how to track a freight package that was showing issues on the C.H. Robinson Navisphere site. I followed her instructions to the T and ended up at another company's phone service and they used a robot. To my surprise the robot told me that the order was CANCELED. I don't have an account with the second company, so I couldn't navigate their phone service further to get proper assistance and so I called back C.H. Robinson. To my surprise Dorothy was the customer service representative a second time in a row and after I explained the situation, she immediately put me on hold and went to bat for me making the internal inquiries to the other company. About 10-15 minutes later Dorothy came back from being on hold and the problem was resolved. I have tracking on my LTL Freight shipment and am very happy with the service that was received. Very happy with FreightQuote right now and their people!
