Wow !! BRAVO to the whole experience ! Wow !!! ...only a few days passed from order date to delivery from Georgia to New York ! I have used RoadRunner a few times previously, and they never let me down ! The actual driver was polite and had a caring attitude for my car....took time to load and unload as if it was worth a million bucks...I say BRAVO to my whole experience....

The only person I was able to talk to said the driver tried calling me (they had wrong number for me). She said she’d call the driver and get back to me. Never happened. I called them seven times today trying to get a person and a response. None, nada, nothing. On one call, I was put on hold for one hour and twenty minutes before they terminated the call. I am stuck with two airplane tickets thinking wife and I would fly and be home for the delivery. Wrong. Oh, they charged my credit card today for the full amount. Even thought they never delivered and never communicated with me. Credit card company has been alerted as to improper charge and potential scam. Their automated system still says order is “In Progress. Our team of dispatchers are currently matching your shipment to the carrier that best meets your timeframe and route.” No outbound communications, no people to reach. It’s really not a company. No place on website to cancel order! Guess we have to drive. Beware. Beware.

I was quoted $845.00 to transport my… I was quoted $845.00 to transport my vehicle from Southern California to Austin Texas. The night before the vehicle was scheduled to be picked up I received a text asking me to call ASAP to confirm my appointment. I was informed by the dispatcher that the price was going to be $980.00 to ship the vehicle. What can I do the vehicle needed to be in Austin by Monday. They where scheduled to pick the car up on Thursday and I started receiving calls that the driver was running late. They did not pick the car up until Saturday night at 11:00 pm. I was forced to meet the driver several blocks away as he would not drive into my area. When the car arrived I received a text message from tyhe driver stating that if I wanted my car I would have to meet him as he would not drop the car off in my area. I was forced to drive an hour to pick up my car. Not sure who is giving these guys 5 stars but they are full of BS. The driver did not speak english, could not read his text messages or voice mails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TRY AND RIPP YOU OFF AT EVERY CHANCE THEY GET. THEY ARE JUST BROKERS.
