GBHorrible experience Horrible experience. Non-existent communication. Don’t count on car being picked up or dropped off on anticipated dates. Don’t expect call, text or e mail from them. DO expect to be called day prior to pickup so they can raise your rate a couple hundred dollars over quote! I should have cancelled then. I should be able to get my $200 back! I had been lied to several times. Lena in dispatch dept admitted I had been lied to from her Manager! She apologized. She was helpful but driver was rude. Driver answered phone and spoke English. The minute there was controversy he said “ no English “ text only! I deserve a small refund of $200.

GBIt was an easy transition for our car It was an easy transition for our car. the driver came and picked up our car give us updates along the way he was at our location when he said he would be actually a little earlier and he delivered the car perfect condition. We certainly appreciated the great service and easy move for our car.
