Great communication throughout Great communication throughout, and everything arrived safely as planned. You just need to be patient and know it may take awhile, depending on the country you're living in. Friends here in Peru had nightmares getting their stuff shipped here, so I chose this company very carefully. Glad I did!

Need for Speed Immediately Fulfilled After we contacted the company's representative Timothy Toon, he was able to give us a quote for the move which was acceptable to us, to schedule next day (!) pick up of our moving items, all within the hour, and made what had seemed impossible happen. Thank you SDC International Shipping.

Caring & honest & transparent! I emailed 5 different firms. Due to some delays I was slow to follow up. SDC is the ONLY company that persistently, and gently, followed up with courteous emails. My contact was quick to respond, pricing is transparent, many questions about how this work were addressed with detail (and patience). They'll be my first stop next time I need shipping.

Inspired! They arrived in high spirits, anxious to complete the transfer. They were true to their word since they only took a break once the task was completed. What sounded like time-consuming and the tough task turned out to be excellent and pleasurable? These professionals made the relocations appear simple.

Responsive and professional Responsive and professional, great advice and knowledgeable. Everyone has been great to deal with so far especially Timothy Toon who made a special trip to his office just to handle my enquiry late on a Wednesday night. That's excellent customer service!
