So far it’s been great… We are just preparing our moving from Buenos Aires to DC, but so far the experience has been beyond our expectations. Our mails and doubts were responded instantly.

Super helpful and trustworthy My move of belongings was a long journey, both in distance, California to Essex, UK; time, August to February, and in emotion, closing down my childhood home. Marlene was a great help getting my application in order. Then Laurynas in the US and Frankie in the UK were excellent point people calming me and reassuring of all my questions and worries. The element of time was fortuitous, seas were stormy, and we purposely delayed our departure and arrival times because of our home in England wasn't ready to receive a shipment. The team of workers that arrived in August to take my belonging to the warehouse were so wonderful and careful. I had done most the packing myself, but they wrapped our furniture with care. The removal team in England was very efficient. Only two small bits of damage incurred: a rung on a wooden chair, and a couple of small scuffs on furniture edges. Nothing I would claim on. I had my family treasures in a new home. I am very grateful to SDC, Thank you.

This company reached a new low of… This company reached a new low of dishonesty I moved my furniture transatlantic. The packaging was everything but smooth. They came in and a tornado erupted! Too many people and too many loose ends for me to stay on top of simultaneously. Upon receiving the household items I found out that several boxes were missing and the items that were actually received were all broken. The owner tries to “fix” the situation as long as I agree to write a good review and removed the honest review of my experience.
