Fantastic route planning software My company has been using Optimoroute for several years as a route planning tool for our smoke alarm service jobs. The software is easy to use for the drivers in the field and as accurate as any phone navigation app. We can view and change the routes live from the office, provide our clients with real-time ETA updates and reminders. The office portal is also easy enough to learn and offers a wide rang of functionality and customisation. I'd strongly recommend this product to any business looking for a powerful route planning tool.

Not Designed for Repeat Deliveries I’ve been a customer for a few years. This is a simple and effective program that provides the necessary tools to schedule and navigate routes. Unfortunately, the program is not designed for the service industry with recurring stops to the same place throughout the year. You are unable to search for previous service dates without doing an individual search each month (essentially having to make 12 searches to obtain the result needed). I’ve asked for that ability to do this on several occasions but I’ve been met with ‘we’ll add the request to future updates’. It’s been nearly 3 years…still waiting. I will be leaving OptimoRoute very soon.

Great Win and Upgrade of our processes We work approx. 3 years with Optimoroute. Since that day we are finally able to organize our logistics in a appropriate and customer focused way. its a big win for our company and helped us massively during our digital transformation. we are quick, able to apply random changes fast, and always on top of things. functions like "running late" are such a win, as we can inform our customers in advance of possible delays...so no more frustration on customers side when the drives is stuck in traffic, just for example.....also a great customer support..thanks Domo and Team for your great work :)

Great routing software I've been using OptimoRoute for my business for the past 2 years, and it has been a great help me to improve my route planning efficiency. The software takes into account all of the factors that can affect route efficiency, such as traffic, load, distance, available hours, and vehicle restrictions. It's also very easy to use, and the customer support is excellent. The real-time tracking and ease of import/export options is also clutch (pun intended). Overall, I'm very happy with OptimoRoute and I would highly recommend it to any business that needs to improve their route planning efficiency.
