The next day, Hannah called me, she noticed I called and even though I didn't leave a message she called me back to see if I still needed assistance.

GBNot Designed for Repeat Deliveries I’ve been a customer for a few years. This is a simple and effective program that provides the necessary tools to schedule and navigate routes. Unfortunately, the program is not designed for the service industry with recurring stops to the same place throughout the year. You are unable to search for previous service dates without doing an individual search each month (essentially having to make 12 searches to obtain the result needed). I’ve asked for that ability to do this on several occasions but I’ve been met with ‘we’ll add the request to future updates’. It’s been nearly 3 years…still waiting. I will be leaving OptimoRoute very soon.

AUFantastic route planning software My company has been using Optimoroute for several years as a route planning tool for our smoke alarm service jobs. The software is easy to use for the drivers in the field and as accurate as any phone navigation app. We can view and change the routes live from the office, provide our clients with real-time ETA updates and reminders. The office portal is also easy enough to learn and offers a wide rang of functionality and customisation. I'd strongly recommend this product to any business looking for a powerful route planning tool.
