Great routing software I've been using OptimoRoute for my business for the past 2 years, and it has been a great help me to improve my route planning efficiency. The software takes into account all of the factors that can affect route efficiency, such as traffic, load, distance, available hours, and vehicle restrictions. It's also very easy to use, and the customer support is excellent. The real-time tracking and ease of import/export options is also clutch (pun intended). Overall, I'm very happy with OptimoRoute and I would highly recommend it to any business that needs to improve their route planning efficiency.

Before selecting optimoroute I have… Before selecting optimoroute I have tested few softwares and decided to go with OR. Now after almost 2 years using it daily and very satisfied. It allowed me to replace my paper and people knowledge based processes by a system paperless process. Also now It’s much easier to replace and on board new drivers. On the top of this, it save me and my teams time. I strongly recommend. Improvements opportunities. Routes are planned for cost and efficiency but quality and customer satisfaction is also important for my business so the app could have some AI features that gives you other parameters to plan, like typical route and customer priorities.

Fantastic route planning software My company has been using Optimoroute for several years as a route planning tool for our smoke alarm service jobs. The software is easy to use for the drivers in the field and as accurate as any phone navigation app. We can view and change the routes live from the office, provide our clients with real-time ETA updates and reminders. The office portal is also easy enough to learn and offers a wide rang of functionality and customisation. Customizable for your needs… After researching many route apps for my small business of about 80 customers, I chose Optimoroute six months ago. Now I have 240 customers and just added on my second driver! Optimoroute has a lot of great applications that I do not use, but they have exactly what I was looking for and I can customize my route to fit my needs. I visit these 240 properties 4 - 6 times a week (approx. 1200 stops), and depending on what service it is that day, it has to be scheduled at different times. Optimoroute allows me to do just that.
