AUBefore selecting optimoroute I have… Before selecting optimoroute I have tested few softwares and decided to go with OR. Now after almost 2 years using it daily and very satisfied. It allowed me to replace my paper and people knowledge based processes by a system paperless process. Also now It’s much easier to replace and on board new drivers. On the top of this, it save me and my teams time. I strongly recommend. Improvements opportunities. Routes are planned for cost and efficiency but quality and customer satisfaction is also important for my business so the app could have some AI features that gives you other parameters to plan, like typical route and customer priorities.

GBCustomizable for your needs… After researching many route apps for my small business of about 80 customers, I chose Optimoroute six months ago. Now I have 240 customers and just added on my second driver! Optimoroute has a lot of great applications that I do not use, but they have exactly what I was looking for and I can customize my route to fit my needs. I visit these 240 properties 4 - 6 times a week (approx. 1200 stops), and depending on what service it is that day, it has to be scheduled at different times. Optimoroute allows me to do just that.
