Would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to become a logistics professional just to be able to move goods quickly and without complication. We will be using again and again.

GBExcellent Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! This was my first shipment, and they guided me every step of the way. The system is easy to navigate. The chat responses are prompt and knowledgeable. The variety of offers was excellent as well. I chose Silver Streak Logistics and have nothing but praise for them, too. The boxes were picked up in Germany on Monday and arrived on Wednesday at their destination in the US, all intact. I never thought that would be possible. Freightos and Silver Streak did it!

GBI used to love Freightos I used to love Freightos. I've used them before. But this last shipment was a complete and utter train wreck. There was an issue with US Customs, and the customs broker which Freightos assigned, Clearit, dropped the ball repeatedly. A shipment that should have cost $1,800 with customs fees cost me $5,700, and all my freight was destroyed. I've contacted Freightos repeatedly about this--along with the customs broker AND US Customs, who said that the problem wasn't much of a problem. A simple POA needed to be filled out, and I as the importer of record was unable to provide that. US Customs said that Clearit needed to provide that. I let both Freightos and Clearit know this, and two weeks later I emailed Leigh Carter about the issue. It's doubtful Leigh had read that email. "US Customs destroyed your cargo," she said. "I'm sorry you're frustrated." Wow. I'm out over $15,000, and no one will accept responsibility for the loss. You want to be abandoned, fined, and left high and dry, use Freightos. They used to be so much better than this. Why they use Clearit is beyond me. Their Trustpilot rating is 3.8, yet on their website they claim it's 5.0. I hope Freightos gets back to me on this.

CAWebsite is not fit for use Please, work on your website. I have been trying to login on my account and the system does not recognize my password. I requested a "forgot password" in case I made a mistake, but the system does not update the new password, it does not recognize my google neither LinkedIn account. It is very frustrating logging in. I have to try somewhere else

GBI'm a big fan of Freightos… I'm a big fan of Freightos and have now used them for around 30 shipments. Its kind of like Booking.com for freight. I have a few trusted forwarders who I always look out for, but I know I am always getting the most competitive quotes and I love that. So it allows me to shop around while keeping the workflow the same for each shipment regardless of who we use. This makes it easier to keep track and also be familiar with, so anyone in the team can organise the booking.
