GBStress free shipping I came to Freightos because of the instant quotes. I liked the ease of booking and the assurance of knowing I was getting a reasonable rate. However, the reason I keep coming back is that having everything in one place and having someone else integrating the experience is invaluable. I don’t have to worry that paperwork isn’t filed or that the drayage company will miss the pick up, because they are managing everything for me. I have used Freightos many times, and any issues I’ve had with various partners have always been resolved quickly. One time I scheduled shipping outside of Freightos and the whole process was a stressful hassle. Never again 🙂

GBMakes business logistics easier! My go to for overseas shipments both ocean and airfreight. I have been using Freightos for 3yrs now and I haven’t had any problems shipping from the US to Africa. Makes business logistics easier!

GBI used to love Freightos I used to love Freightos. I've used them before. But this last shipment was a complete and utter train wreck. There was an issue with US Customs, and the customs broker which Freightos assigned, Clearit, dropped the ball repeatedly. A shipment that should have cost $1,800 with customs fees cost me $5,700, and all my freight was destroyed. I've contacted Freightos repeatedly about this--along with the customs broker AND US Customs, who said that the problem wasn't much of a problem. A simple POA needed to be filled out, and I as the importer of record was unable to provide that. US Customs said that Clearit needed to provide that. I let both Freightos and Clearit know this, and two weeks later I emailed Leigh Carter about the issue. It's doubtful Leigh had read that email. "US Customs destroyed your cargo," she said. "I'm sorry you're frustrated." Wow. I'm out over $15,000, and no one will accept responsibility for the loss. You want to be abandoned, fined, and left high and dry, use Freightos. They used to be so much better than this. Why they use Clearit is beyond me. Their Trustpilot rating is 3.8, yet on their website they claim it's 5.0. I hope Freightos gets back to me on this.
