Excellent Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! This was my first shipment, and they guided me every step of the way. The system is easy to navigate. The chat responses are prompt and knowledgeable. The variety of offers was excellent as well. I chose Silver Streak Logistics and have nothing but praise for them, too. The boxes were picked up in Germany on Monday and arrived on Wednesday at their destination in the US, all intact. I never thought that would be possible. Freightos and Silver Streak did it!

Website is not fit for use Please, work on your website. I have been trying to login on my account and the system does not recognize my password. I requested a "forgot password" in case I made a mistake, but the system does not update the new password, it does not recognize my google neither LinkedIn account. It is very frustrating logging in. I have to try somewhere else
