GBWorst experience with a shipping…for a first time customer of FR8Star. Worst experience with a shipping company. Staff and management not helpful. I paid deposit on load and company refused to refund deposit on load they did not haul. FR8Star was no help and refused to assist with assisting with my refund. Company posted dimensions of load from auction on equipment that I purchased out of state, sight unseen. The dimensions FR8Star posted were incorrect and FR8Star expected me to validate the dimensions on equipment that was purchased at auction. website does not clearly state this and they kept my deposit and management refused to assist in refunding a deposit for a load that was not hauled by FR8Star. poor customer service!

GBWhen I booked the haul When I booked the haul, it was picked up within 48 hours and was on its way. They were no harassing phone calls demanding payment just 20% down for fr8 star. Driver was very nice and had the load secured better I could’ve hoped. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone if they have something that needs hauled.

GBThey only girl in the bar. I had a good experience using this service. It’s kind of the only gig in town because of their system of getting a delivery driver. They use a bulletin board that they and truck drivers can only access. I paid 625 and the driver got 350 so it’s a gig where there is many hands in the cookie jar.

GBVery pleasant experience The whole experience with FR8Star was wonderful and convenient. I initially had some concerns and questions, I called up customer service, they answered everything above and beyond and we're extremely helpful. And once I accepted a bid for the load, the Hall company was fantastic as well, they were quick, responsive, on time, and super friendly when they showed up. We would definitely use your service again thank you very much for your help with transporting the load.

VIFr8Star got the job done fast Fr8Star got the job done fast! After several failed attempts to get quotes from haulers quickly to move a piece of construction equipment several states away, someone recommended Fr8star. I gave it a shot and within minutes I had several quotes from various haulers (some of whom I'd called!) and we got the equipment moved in the desired time frame. We'll be using Fr8Star again!
