They did a good job with communicating… They did a good job with communicating every step of the job,the load arrived exactly when they said it would. The equipment was loaded properly and secured well, the driver was polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely hire fr8star again.

Worst experience with a shipping…for a first time customer of FR8Star. Worst experience with a shipping company. Staff and management not helpful. I paid deposit on load and company refused to refund deposit on load they did not haul. FR8Star was no help and refused to assist with assisting with my refund. Company posted dimensions of load from auction on equipment that I purchased out of state, sight unseen. The dimensions FR8Star posted were incorrect and FR8Star expected me to validate the dimensions on equipment that was purchased at auction. website does not clearly state this and they kept my deposit and management refused to assist in refunding a deposit for a load that was not hauled by FR8Star. poor customer service!

FR8star Making a load was extremely easy and wow if the response was any faster then you would think people were watching me buy the tractor. The freight companies were able to clarify my requirements and I knew when my load was arriving. Definitely need to know things move fast when using FR. Preplan.

Fr8Star got the job done fast Fr8Star got the job done fast! After several failed attempts to get quotes from haulers quickly to move a piece of construction equipment several states away, someone recommended Fr8star. I gave it a shot and within minutes I had several quotes from various haulers (some of whom I'd called!) and we got the equipment moved in the desired time frame. We'll be using Fr8Star again!

Great Experience (for my first time at it) Quick bids, fair price, quick contact to offer help. When I took a bid, it was seamless. Miscommunication between company and driver about arrival time, but he called me regularly to update. Not a problem. A few hours difference on a 500+ mile trip.
