GBUseless money grubbing company Useless money grubbing company. Both FR8STAR and the broker that FR8STAR referred the shipping job to took too much of my money. The actual trucking company got only 60% of my money. Joe at FR8STAR did nothing but harass me saying he had truckers ready to take my load. He took a big chunk of my money and CHARGED ME an additional 3% processing fee without telling me by using PayPal credit card processing. Then, the Brock agent would not even start looking for a trucker until my check to Brock had cleared. This FR8STAR system sucks and robs the trucking company of money that should pay the driver. Next time, I'll use UShip and know how much UShip is taking and how much the trucker is getting.

GBLet down with a happy ending. After a friend of mine told me at the last minute that he couldn't deliver a Wheel Loader. I was put in touch with FR8Star and explained I had until Friday to remove the Loader or additional fees would be accessed. They asked me for the parameters of the equipment and the destination. Within four hours I had one bid and more bids arrived until I was satisfied with the cost. The time to pick up and the delivery was within reason, and I gave the go ahead on Thursday. The trucker picked up the load Friday and delivered it Monday. I was very happy with their performance and their price. Would I use them again? The obvious answer is a resounding YES!

GBWOW, Great Experience WOW, a company that ACTUALLY does what they say they can do. Monday morning I gave them the job, Tuesday morning they picked up my Skidsteer, Wed morning after 650 miles I received it. Rose Borer was my agent and she kept me informed throughout the entire process with numerous emails/text messages. I cannot be happier with the shipping process. Rose, THANK YOU SO MUCH.

GBGreat job! Sam Rathedid an an exceptional… Sam Rathe with FR8 did an exceptional job. Got me the best price and equipment quickly transported by Madek who also did exceptional job. Denys at Madek was very helpful. The transporter, Keith Kaminski got truck loaded on same day and got equipment here quickly and ahead of schedule. Great job by all.

GBFR8star Making a load was extremely easy and wow if the response was any faster then you would think people were watching me buy the tractor. The freight companies were able to clarify my requirements and I knew when my load was arriving. Definitely need to know things move fast when using FR. Preplan.
