I was building up a huge order for a group trip, $400+ in groceries, taking everyone's individual orders into account. I closed my laptop and came back to it after traveling: entire cart gone. Disgustingly bad experience. Literally the only feature a shopping app needs.

GBI was so pleased with our experience… I was so pleased with our experience with RoomBox! The ordering process was easy with lots of choices. The order was delivered on time right before my arrival at the hotel. They texted me to alert me about the arrival. Saved me precious vacation time not having to go to the grocery store. I would not hesitate to use them again.

GBFirst time using RoomBox This was my first time using RoomBox and I must say that just the selection and convenience of it was amazing! I was glad that though I didn’t arrive at my intended time just knowing I had ordered a few items was a life saver. Definitely would do it again.

GBThere were 2 challenges There were 2 challenges; one was editing the shopping list. Each time I made a change, I had to re-enter all personal info, which was frustrating. The second was that the food arrived a little late (after we arrived) and we therefore had to put the groceries away ourselves. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.
