The company uses bait and switch… The company uses bait and switch tactics. I signed a contract on 3/5/2024, for $360 based on my quote from Alex for transportation of my vehicle from WI to CA. On 3/9 at 8:45am CST, I received a text from Alex, the representative, saying Pickup of my vehicle would be 3/11. I thought great! An hour later the rep Alex said the price is now $1000. Here is the text from Alex: “ Distance is more than 2.000 miles and car is SUV. The price which given to you was calculated by AI and it was mistakenly provided you. Actual price is $1000. I know, it seems weird to you but I am being honest with you. You can check with other companies. They just gave you lower price once you sign a contract, they will come back to you with final price which will be more than actual one” Mind you this was after I signed a contract on 3/5/2024.
