There are nice features to utilize such as rewards programs for customers. While I don’t ship out very frequently, over the last few years that I have utilized the website, I’ve not had one single problem accessing or using any of the features on the website. Efficient and time saving tool! I've been using ship.com to ship all my online boutique orders for a few years now. I love that it's integrated with my invoicing system so that when an invoice is paid I can simply click to purchase postage and ship it. It's also really simple to give someone a custom quote for shipping if needed.
