I have also had a very positive experience with their customer service representatives when I needed to contact one. Very prompt and thorough service. My issue was handled in a timely matter and I was very happy with the outcome.

I like being able to batch print labels to make shipping more efficient. Being able to automatically email customers with tracking information saves time and helps me provide great customer service with zero extra effort.

Plus you can do like a reward program for your customers. After so many orders you can give them an incentive and ship basically helps you keep up with. It’s so much easier. User Friendly and Fantastic for Everyone! I use Ship.com multiple times a week to mail packages to friends/family and sometimes customers. I've been using it for over 4 years and I can say the pricing is as good as other mailing programs, but honestly the best part is how easy it is to use. It integrates to my invoicing system and has so many personalizable features. Truly an awesome program and I recommend it to any small-business owner!
