Very helpful and nice person, helped with all details, with all arrangements, I'm very thankful for his assistance and for the company that hired such a good person. Shipping from Albuquerque to Bay Area Got my car shipped from Albuquerque, NM to the East Bay Are in Northern California. Shipping was quick and my car arrived in perfect condition. The only complaint (which was my fault) is that I wish I knew that cars need a 4” bumper clearance to do open trailer shipping. My car was lowered, which I forgot to disclose, and so the open trailer could not pick up the car. Ended up paying for enclosed, pricey but nothing crazy. Enclosed trailer was great though because the car was covered from the elements for the 1000+ mile journey. I’ll definitely use Tempus Logix for my next car shipping.

Horrible Experience If you are okay with extremely poor communication and Tempus not actually knowing where your shipment is, you should use Tempus. We found out our car was picked up from the dealer 18 hours before Tempus did. Tempus told us it would be delivered on a Thursday afternoon. Thursday evening we reached out and Tempus had no idea where our car was. The system that is supposed to track the shipment doesn’t really work so we had no idea if our shipment was going to arrive. For example our car was coming from Minnesota to Pa and at one point it said it was in GA. It was planned to be en route for 36 hours but ended up being a 3 day experience. We understand delays happen but not without proactive communication. Horrible experience.

Highly Satisfied Customer I requested Tempus Logix to transport a vehicle from Nashville to Memphis. They literally picked it up the same day I made the order. I originally requested the vehicle to be delivered to my workplace. When the driver found out that I had gone home for the day, at the time the vehicle arrived, he delivered it to my home for no extra charge. The extensive communication from the driver and the supervisor during the whole process was exemplary. I highly recommend this transport company!
