I rented a 2nd space and have … I rented a 2nd space and have been.blockrd twice on my entrance because of the 1st storage place. I couldn't make the deadline to transfer my belongings over due to an eviction after paying my rent and being sick. The Manager Kathy changed my access ability twice. This should be a violation of my con tract to access my 2nd unit.

Cathy & David were great and made it … Cathy & David were great and made it very easy to set up and move in. Everything is orderly and clean.

Brian Evans and Jon Harris from Golden … Brian Evans and Jon Harris from Golden State Storage in Camarillo California are the main reason for my 5-star rating as they are excellent to deal with and very helpful. I have rented 3 storage units and multiple U-Haul trucks in the last couple of months for my move. The facility is top notch and I have 0 complaints. I will always use Golden State Storage in Camarillo California in the future.

Thank you Daniel Daniel took me around to all the different locations to see the different sizes of storage units. Actually, he did this twice in one day because I came back later with a friend to assist me in deciding on a unit. Daniel was very professional and courteous. He answered all my questions promptly. It is a very nice, clean storage facility with security being a strong issue.

Great customer service Staff is very friendly, down to earth and accommodating..... Easy access in and out of the unit…great value for services although im not really sure why facility has to close 2 hours earlier while office is under construction but would definitely recommend to others.
