Great place to store our belongings! We just sold our house and are moving soon, but not for six weeks! In the meantime, we found Golden State Storage. The proprietors are lovely folks and very accommodating. And I like the hours. Not being open for 24 hours, and having on-site owners translates into better security.

I rented a 2nd space and have … I rented a 2nd space and have been.blockrd twice on my entrance because of the 1st storage place. I couldn't make the deadline to transfer my belongings over due to an eviction after paying my rent and being sick. The Manager Kathy changed my access ability twice. This should be a violation of my con tract to access my 2nd unit.

Superlative Storage Here I had ease of use by reserving my choice of storage size online. I was greeted by professionals who knew what they were doing, what they had to offer with superlative customer service. The facility and front office are spotless and organized well. The company offered many perks no other storage service offers such as a free pass on one late payment, direct deposit payments. The biggest and best selling point is the couple who run the front office and facility; they are a joy to know and I feel safe with my things in their care.

I would recommend to this company to … I would recommend to this company to anyone. Thanks you are ther for me when I needet to move from Bay area to Los Angeles. You have a very nice people, like a Storige Menagers My Best wishes to all of you. Maria Monica Horvath

Excellence The office managers are very considerate & helpful. They explained everything completely, gave written materials explaining their process, & verbally went through the written materials. They also drove me to my storage site, gave me options for locks, & helped me with lock & opening the unit. They asked if I had any questions & said they were always available to help. The office is very clean, modern & updated with a lovely fish tank, items to buy & free water & coffee. I highly recommend it.
