Promises Kept Promises Kept I was working within a specific time frame and needed to protect some photographs. I ran out of protective sleeves and on re-ordering was worried that they may not be delivered in time. I phoned, was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. Tip-top service! I purchased some 'book binding basic' tools and supplies - only I'd forgotten something and ended up putting two orders through. Mandy picked this up and collated the two orders together so I only paid for 1 lot of P&P. My order was packed very carefully and the quality was tip-top. Would def. recommend to anybody who is looking to get into book binding or other preservation techniques.

Haste accepted and haste delivered - wow! We needed board in a hurry (why is it that persons working on 300 year old instruments get into the pickle of needing card yesterday!?) and I ordered it after the office closed on a Wednesday. I sent an email, left a note and a voicemail asking for it to be expedited.
