Promises Kept Promises Kept I was working within a specific time frame and needed to protect some photographs. I ran out of protective sleeves and on re-ordering was worried that they may not be delivered in time. I phoned, was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. My urgent need was responded to and a promise of delivery was kept. Thank you to Linda, Mandy and all those involved in expediting my order! So much appreciated.

One order item may have delayed the overall order beyond my deadline. Customer service was brilliant in ensuring my priority items were delivered on time to enable my meeting a deadline. I should also highlight the packaging used was very robust and ensured my items arrived in a pristine state.

Excellent Excellent - very prompt service. My order was urgent and having placed the order online I followed it up with an email to explain the urgency of my request. Tom Tregle immediately replied saying he would mark it as urgent with the team. Mandy Cosburn followed this up with three emails assuring me that the order would go up in the next day or so. I recieved it today. From placing the order to recieving it has taken 48 hours. I couldn't be more pleased or relieved -hank you. We will be in touch soon to place further orders.

Excellent online service. I've placed several orders with PEL recently and rate their service very highly. The range of products they offer is comprehensive and of high quality, but not overwhelming - their buyers have done the legwork for you and sourced excellent products. Their website is one of the best I've used for online buying - it works smoothly and the additional suggestions for each product are very helpful.
