Whilst waiting for my order, I emailed the company to check its progress, and the staff responded quickly and politely. When I expressed concern that I needed the items by a certain date and was worried they would not arrive, they arranged for a courier to send the items to arrive the next working day. Tip-top service! I purchased some 'book binding basic' tools and supplies - only I'd forgotten something and ended up putting two orders through. Mandy picked this up and collated the two orders together so I only paid for 1 lot of P&P. My order was packed very carefully and the quality was tip-top.
