GBThis was my first time ordering from… This was my first time ordering from PEL. I cleverly managed to complete two separate orders within minutes of each other instead of a combined order. I had a little mutter to myself but considered it an exercise in learning to concentrate. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Mandy the next day explaining that the orders would be amalgamated and I'd only have to pay one amount of postage. I can't recall when, or if, this has happened before with any other online purchase. Because of this I'm definitely going to order more items from PEL and I hope Mandy gets a promotion or pay rise.

GBGreat products and helpful staff I am always delighted with the products I receive from Preservation Equipment Limited. They are high quality items and I can order with confidence. Recently, I was particularly pleased, as I was running out of time to complete a special birthday present and had to 'phone to ask for my order to be upgraded to first class mail. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. I received my large acid-free photo corners speedily, which enabled me to complete the project. Thank you for your help.

GBGreat products, fantastic customer service The website is clear and easy to navigate and I was able to submit my orders easily. Whilst waiting for my order, I emailed the company to check its progress, and the staff responded quickly and politely. When I expressed concern that I needed the items by a certain date and was worried they would not arrive, they arranged for a courier to send the items to arrive the next working day. I am very impressed with the level of service provided

GBHaste accepted and haste delivered - wow! We needed board in a hurry (why is it that persons working on 300 year old instruments get into the pickle of needing card yesterday!?) and I ordered it after the office closed on a Wednesday. I sent an email, left a note and a voicemail asking for it to be expedited. Before dawn the next day there was a message saying that the board would be sent that very day - it was! - and it arrived today before midday. Wonderful service, thank you, JRB
