Great products and helpful staff I am always delighted with the products I receive from Preservation Equipment Limited. They are high quality items and I can order with confidence. Recently, I was particularly pleased, as I was running out of time to complete a special birthday present and had to 'phone to ask for my order to be upgraded to first class mail. Great products, fantastic customer service The website is clear and easy to navigate and I was able to submit my orders easily. Whilst waiting for my order, I emailed the company to check its progress, and the staff responded quickly and politely. When I expressed concern that I needed the items by a certain date and was worried they would not arrive, they arranged for a courier to send the items to arrive the next working day. I am very impressed with the level of service provided

Efficient and very helpful Not only does the company provide essential equipment and supplies, the staff are pleasant, helpful, and do their best to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. They may not always be able to fully meet an individual customer's needs but, my experience is that they will do all that they possibly can. Completely delighted with both their products and the high level of customer service.

This was my first time ordering from… This was my first time ordering from PEL. I cleverly managed to complete two separate orders within minutes of each other instead of a combined order. I had a little mutter to myself but considered it an exercise in learning to concentrate. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Mandy the next day explaining that the orders would be amalgamated and I'd only have to pay one amount of postage. I can't recall when, or if, this has happened before with any other online purchase. Because of this I'm definitely going to order more items from PEL and I hope Mandy gets a promotion or pay rise.
