Whilst waiting for my order, I emailed the company to check its progress, and the staff responded quickly and politely. When I expressed concern that I needed the items by a certain date and was worried they would not arrive, they arranged for a courier to send the items to arrive the next working day. Tip-top service! I purchased some 'book binding basic' tools and supplies - only I'd forgotten something and ended up putting two orders through. Mandy picked this up and collated the two orders together so I only paid for 1 lot of P&P. My order was packed very carefully and the quality was tip-top. Would def. recommend to anybody who is looking to get into book binding or other preservation techniques.

Leather rejuvinater for an old travel bag I have a 100 year old leather travel bag to restore. The leather has become very dry and stiff. Not supple and was not responding to any leather conditioner or wax. However I purchased some leather rejuvinater from Preservation Equipment, followed the instructions and applied to the bag after I had washed the wax off. The rejuvinater treatment worked perfectly. The bag is now soft and supple and ready for another 100 years of use. I am very happy with the end product.
