Great products, fantastic customer service The website is clear and easy to navigate and I was able to submit my orders easily. Whilst waiting for my order, I emailed the company to check its progress, and the staff responded quickly and politely. When I expressed concern that I needed the items by a certain date and was worried they would not arrive, they arranged for a courier to send the items to arrive the next working day. I am very impressed with the level of service provided

Their website is one of the best I've used for online buying - it works smoothly and the additional suggestions for each product are very helpful. Haste accepted and haste delivered - wow! We needed board in a hurry (why is it that persons working on 300 year old instruments get into the pickle of needing card yesterday!?) and I ordered it after the office closed on a Wednesday. I sent an email, left a note and a voicemail asking for it to be expedited. Before dawn the next day there was a message saying that the board would be sent that very day - it was! - and it arrived today before midday. Wonderful service, thank you, JRB

Leather rejuvinater for an old travel bag I have a 100 year old leather travel bag to restore. The leather has become very dry and stiff. Not supple and was not responding to any leather conditioner or wax. However I purchased some leather rejuvinater from Preservation Equipment, followed the instructions and applied to the bag after I had washed the wax off. The rejuvinater treatment worked perfectly. The bag is now soft and supple and ready for another 100 years of use. I am very happy with the end product.
