One order item may have delayed the overall order beyond my deadline. Customer service was brilliant in ensuring my priority items were delivered on time to enable my meeting a deadline. I should also highlight the packaging used was very robust and ensured my items arrived in a pristine state.

Tip-top service! I purchased some 'book binding basic' tools and supplies - only I'd forgotten something and ended up putting two orders through. Mandy picked this up and collated the two orders together so I only paid for 1 lot of P&P. My order was packed very carefully and the quality was tip-top.
