Leather rejuvinater for an old travel bag I have a 100 year old leather travel bag to restore. The leather has become very dry and stiff. Not supple and was not responding to any leather conditioner or wax. However I purchased some leather rejuvinater from Preservation Equipment, followed the instructions and applied to the bag after I had washed the wax off. The rejuvinater treatment worked perfectly. The bag is now soft and supple and ready for another 100 years of use. I am very happy with the end product.

Great products, fantastic customer service The website is clear and easy to navigate and I was able to submit my orders easily. Whilst waiting for my order, I emailed the company to check its progress, and the staff responded quickly and politely. When I expressed concern that I needed the items by a certain date and was worried they would not arrive, they arranged for a courier to send the items to arrive the next working day. Haste accepted and haste delivered - wow! We needed board in a hurry (why is it that persons working on 300 year old instruments get into the pickle of needing card yesterday!?) and I ordered it after the office closed on a Wednesday. I sent an email, left a note and a voicemail asking for it to be expedited. Before dawn the next day there was a message saying that the board would be sent that very day - it was! - and it arrived today before midday. Wonderful service, thank you, JRB

Excellent Excellent - very prompt service. My order was urgent and having placed the order online I followed it up with an email to explain the urgency of my request. Tom Tregle immediately replied saying he would mark it as urgent with the team. Mandy Cosburn followed this up with three emails assuring me that the order would go up in the next day or so. I recieved it today. From placing the order to recieving it has taken 48 hours. I couldn't be more pleased or relieved -hank you. We will be in touch soon to place further orders.

Efficient and very helpful Not only does the company provide essential equipment and supplies, the staff are pleasant, helpful, and do their best to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. They may not always be able to fully meet an individual customer's needs but, my experience is that they will do all that they possibly can. Completely delighted with both their products and the high level of customer service.
