Great products, fantastic customer service The website is clear and easy to navigate and I was able to submit my orders easily. Whilst waiting for my order, I emailed the company to check its progress, and the staff responded quickly and politely. When I expressed concern that I needed the items by a certain date and was worried they would not arrive, they arranged for a courier to send the items to arrive the next working day. This was my first time ordering from… This was my first time ordering from PEL. I cleverly managed to complete two separate orders within minutes of each other instead of a combined order. I had a little mutter to myself but considered it an exercise in learning to concentrate. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Mandy the next day explaining that the orders would be amalgamated and I'd only have to pay one amount of postage. I can't recall when, or if, this has happened before with any other online purchase. Because of this I'm definitely going to order more items from PEL and I hope Mandy gets a promotion or pay rise.

Tip-top service! I purchased some 'book binding basic' tools and supplies - only I'd forgotten something and ended up putting two orders through. Mandy picked this up and collated the two orders together so I only paid for 1 lot of P&P. My order was packed very carefully and the quality was tip-top. Would def. recommend to anybody who is looking to get into book binding or other preservation techniques.

I ran out of protective sleeves and on re-ordering was worried that they may not be delivered in time. I phoned, was greeted with professionalism and courtesy.
