GBPromises Kept Promises Kept I was working within a specific time frame and needed to protect some photographs. I ran out of protective sleeves and on re-ordering was worried that they may not be delivered in time. I phoned, was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. GBLeather rejuvinater for an old travel bag I have a 100 year old leather travel bag to restore. The leather has become very dry and stiff. Not supple and was not responding to any leather conditioner or wax. However I purchased some leather rejuvinater from Preservation Equipment, followed the instructions and applied to the bag after I had washed the wax off. The rejuvinater treatment worked perfectly. The bag is now soft and supple and ready for another 100 years of use. I am very happy with the end product.

GBExcellent Excellent - very prompt service. My order was urgent and having placed the order online I followed it up with an email to explain the urgency of my request. Tom Tregle immediately replied saying he would mark it as urgent with the team. Mandy Cosburn followed this up with three emails assuring me that the order would go up in the next day or so. I recieved it today. From placing the order to recieving it has taken 48 hours. I couldn't be more pleased or relieved -hank you. We will be in touch soon to place further orders.

JPPEL has a super range of products not… PEL has a super range of products not readily found elsewhere at the quality and price I needed. One order item may have delayed the overall order beyond my deadline. Customer service was brilliant in ensuring my priority items were delivered on time to enable my meeting a deadline. I should also highlight the packaging used was very robust and ensured my items arrived in a pristine state.

GBThis was my first time ordering from… This was my first time ordering from PEL. I cleverly managed to complete two separate orders within minutes of each other instead of a combined order. I had a little mutter to myself but considered it an exercise in learning to concentrate. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Mandy the next day explaining that the orders would be amalgamated and I'd only have to pay one amount of postage. I can't recall when, or if, this has happened before with any other online purchase. Because of this I'm definitely going to order more items from PEL and I hope Mandy gets a promotion or pay rise.
