The range of products they offer is comprehensive and of high quality, but not overwhelming - their buyers have done the legwork for you and sourced excellent products. Their website is one of the best I've used for online buying - it works smoothly and the additional suggestions for each product are very helpful. Finally, despatch and delivery are quick and reliable.

This was my first time ordering from… This was my first time ordering from PEL. I cleverly managed to complete two separate orders within minutes of each other instead of a combined order. I had a little mutter to myself but considered it an exercise in learning to concentrate. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Mandy the next day explaining that the orders would be amalgamated and I'd only have to pay one amount of postage. I can't recall when, or if, this has happened before with any other online purchase. Because of this I'm definitely going to order more items from PEL and I hope Mandy gets a promotion or pay rise.
