Tip-top service! I purchased some 'book binding basic' tools and supplies - only I'd forgotten something and ended up putting two orders through. Mandy picked this up and collated the two orders together so I only paid for 1 lot of P&P. My order was packed very carefully and the quality was tip-top. Haste accepted and haste delivered - wow! We needed board in a hurry (why is it that persons working on 300 year old instruments get into the pickle of needing card yesterday!?) and I ordered it after the office closed on a Wednesday. I sent an email, left a note and a voicemail asking for it to be expedited. Before dawn the next day there was a message saying that the board would be sent that very day - it was! - and it arrived today before midday. Wonderful service, thank you, JRB
