Excellent Excellent - very prompt service. My order was urgent and having placed the order online I followed it up with an email to explain the urgency of my request. Tom Tregle immediately replied saying he would mark it as urgent with the team. Mandy Cosburn followed this up with three emails assuring me that the order would go up in the next day or so. I ran out of protective sleeves and on re-ordering was worried that they may not be delivered in time. I phoned, was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. Leather rejuvinater for an old travel bag I have a 100 year old leather travel bag to restore. The leather has become very dry and stiff. Not supple and was not responding to any leather conditioner or wax. However I purchased some leather rejuvinater from Preservation Equipment, followed the instructions and applied to the bag after I had washed the wax off. The rejuvinater treatment worked perfectly. The bag is now soft and supple and ready for another 100 years of use. I am very happy with the end product.
