This was my first time ordering from… This was my first time ordering from PEL. I cleverly managed to complete two separate orders within minutes of each other instead of a combined order. I had a little mutter to myself but considered it an exercise in learning to concentrate. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Mandy the next day explaining that the orders would be amalgamated and I'd only have to pay one amount of postage.
