Always helpful with our requests Always helpful with our requests! This time they got my order processed within one day upon my request as we have a deadline for Monday, even though it should have been 3-5 days processing time. A very happy customer here.

We had really prompt and helpful… We had really prompt and helpful service from Mandy; when two orders went out in a hurry, Mandy got in touch personally to rearrange delivery in one go which helped with costs and organisation. It was refreshingly helpful in an age where ordering online feels so detached. Highly recommended company, thank you.

Print sleeves Pronto We needed prints sleeves to fulfil a last minute customer order, and requested a pretty unrealistic turnaround. Our order was dealt with straight away, Efficiently without fuss. Thank you Mandy!

£9.95 flat rate shipping for an order dispatched an entire working week after placing it Buyer beware- the shipping fee is highly unreasonable. My order will arrive a week after placing it (it took 5 full working days to dispatch), and in spite of it being physically very small, shipping is still £9.95 flat rate. My order items cost just shy of £20, so shipping is 50% of the value of my order. This flat rate fee might be justifiable for larger items or express delivery, but certainly not for the odd couple of bits of kit dispatched an entire working week after you place the order. I will not be a repeat customer. Urgent orders may not be fulfilled promptly. In this case, the shipping fee is completely unjustifiable. Update to reply from vendor: visible costs do not make them reasonable, particularly when the only realistic purchase is online and no specific date of dispatch is offered in advance. To give context, the shipping cost of two full-size bottles of whisky purchased from an independent retailer online cost exactly half the shipping price of my Preservation Equipment order for a box of the same dimensions but four times the weight. I’d have less of an issue with the insured price (empathizing entirely with the position of independent retailers) had it been dispatched promptly.
