Efficient and very helpful Not only does the company provide essential equipment and supplies, the staff are pleasant, helpful, and do their best to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. They may not always be able to fully meet an individual customer's needs but, my experience is that they will do all that they possibly can. Completely delighted with both their products and the high level of customer service.

Print sleeves Pronto We needed prints sleeves to fulfil a last minute customer order, and requested a pretty unrealistic turnaround. Our order was dealt with straight away, Efficiently without fuss. Thank you Mandy!

Great products and helpful staff I am always delighted with the products I receive from Preservation Equipment Limited. They are high quality items and I can order with confidence. Recently, I was particularly pleased, as I was running out of time to complete a special birthday present and had to 'phone to ask for my order to be upgraded to first class mail. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. I received my large acid-free photo corners speedily, which enabled me to complete the project. Thank you for your help.

£9.95 flat rate shipping for an order dispatched an entire working week after placing it Buyer beware- the shipping fee is highly unreasonable. My order will arrive a week after placing it (it took 5 full working days to dispatch), and in spite of it being physically very small, shipping is still £9.95 flat rate. My order items cost just shy of £20, so shipping is 50% of the value of my order. This flat rate fee might be justifiable for larger items or express delivery, but certainly not for the odd couple of bits of kit dispatched an entire working week after you place the order. I will not be a repeat customer. Urgent orders may not be fulfilled promptly. In this case, the shipping fee is completely unjustifiable. Update to reply from vendor: visible costs do not make them reasonable, particularly when the only realistic purchase is online and no specific date of dispatch is offered in advance. To give context, the shipping cost of two full-size bottles of whisky purchased from an independent retailer online cost exactly half the shipping price of my Preservation Equipment order for a box of the same dimensions but four times the weight. I’d have less of an issue with the insured price (empathizing entirely with the position of independent retailers) had it been dispatched promptly.

Excellent Excellent - very prompt service. My order was urgent and having placed the order online I followed it up with an email to explain the urgency of my request. Tom Tregle immediately replied saying he would mark it as urgent with the team. Mandy Cosburn followed this up with three emails assuring me that the order would go up in the next day or so. I recieved it today. From placing the order to recieving it has taken 48 hours. I couldn't be more pleased or relieved -hank you. We will be in touch soon to place further orders.
