Haste accepted and haste delivered - wow! We needed board in a hurry (why is it that persons working on 300 year old instruments get into the pickle of needing card yesterday!?) and I ordered it after the office closed on a Wednesday. I sent an email, left a note and a voicemail asking for it to be expedited. Before dawn the next day there was a message saying that the board would be sent that very day - it was! - and it arrived today before midday. Wonderful service, thank you, JRB

This was my first time ordering from… This was my first time ordering from PEL. I cleverly managed to complete two separate orders within minutes of each other instead of a combined order. I had a little mutter to myself but considered it an exercise in learning to concentrate. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Mandy the next day explaining that the orders would be amalgamated and I'd only have to pay one amount of postage. I can't recall when, or if, this has happened before with any other online purchase. Because of this I'm definitely going to order more items from PEL and I hope Mandy gets a promotion or pay rise.

Their website is one of the best I've used for online buying - it works smoothly and the additional suggestions for each product are very helpful. Great products and helpful staff I am always delighted with the products I receive from Preservation Equipment Limited. They are high quality items and I can order with confidence.
