Great products and helpful staff I am always delighted with the products I receive from Preservation Equipment Limited. They are high quality items and I can order with confidence. They may not always be able to fully meet an individual customer's needs but, my experience is that they will do all that they possibly can. Great products, fantastic customer service The website is clear and easy to navigate and I was able to submit my orders easily. Whilst waiting for my order, I emailed the company to check its progress, and the staff responded quickly and politely. When I expressed concern that I needed the items by a certain date and was worried they would not arrive, they arranged for a courier to send the items to arrive the next working day. I am very impressed with the level of service provided
