Would recommend Great, constant communication. They mean what they say, and they back up what they say with their actions. When I expedite something, it is definitely expedited. I plan on using them in the future for when my customer needs something NOW. Or at the very least within the same day, depending on where it's coming from. Saved the day - an entire day! My experience with this company was excellent. We were under immense pressure to deliver a finished product within 48 hours. At the last moment, we discovered that one of the parts of the design would not work. We were able to source a part that would work, but it would have taken too long to arrive. The Expedited Company provided a solution for us that delivered the part in under 24 hours. It literally saved the day - an entire day! It was enough for us to install the part, test the system and meet our crucial deadline. Their service was friendly and zero drama. Great job!

Justin was very interested in providing… Justin was very interested in providing a good service, but I had to call him a couple of times to get an update on the delivery of our load. He did have the information of the process of clearing customs, but only after I called him. Once the load cleared custom, it arrived very quickly. He was slow sending the invoice...again after I called him. I would like to comet that the other freight forwarders I called did not follow up on the processes and then disappeared Very poor service. Over all Justin cleared the load from customs, then sent it quickly. I am satisfied with the service and will use it again.

Mr. bison head goes to Washington... I needed to get a large crate to Washington DC to a senator and Tim and Justin helped me get it there in record time along with passing it threw security gates it needed to go threw, top notch company and will be using them a lot to move museums crates in the future!!! thanks again!!!
