To say that Tim went above and beyond… To say that Tim went above and beyond is an understatement. After first looking at the challenge, he revisited his resources and came back with a solution that worked great for our transport needs. He did so with flexibility on the timing and provided us with continuous updates, at least 2-3 times per day as the cargo was being delivered across the country. I ABSOLUTELY would seek out TEC in the future for my interstate cargo needs.

Saved the day - an entire day! My experience with this company was excellent. We were under immense pressure to deliver a finished product within 48 hours. At the last moment, we discovered that one of the parts of the design would not work. We were able to source a part that would work, but it would have taken too long to arrive. The Expedited Company provided a solution for us that delivered the part in under 24 hours. It literally saved the day - an entire day! Exceptional Service! Reached out to TEC at 11:30pm, the amazing team of Tim and Jay had a driver inroute by 9am the next day. Continuous contact and the driver Jay was simply amazing! Critical customer SAT issue for us and TEC knocked it out of the park. We don't typically do lots of freight transactions however TEC will get any and all I do have moving forward!
