Never shipped LTL before and TEC made it easy. Found TEC through a sponsored ad while googling LTL Freight Shipping. (And after becoming hopelessly frustrated with both FedEx and UPS.) I called in on a whim, got Tim who was incredibly helpful, quick, and responsive. I'm a freight shipping novice, and Tim was happy to answer my dumb questions. Tim was careful to temper my expectations that because the order was being put in on a Friday it likely wouldn't get to its destination until the following Monday -- I appreciate this because I hate to be overpromised and disappointed. That said, the package arrived the next Thursday, which was perfect, and now I'm pleasantly surprised and giving a 5 star review.

Great Company I can't say nothing but great things about this company. I have been working with Justin for almost 3 years and his customer service is fantastic. To say that Tim went above and beyond… To say that Tim went above and beyond is an understatement. After first looking at the challenge, he revisited his resources and came back with a solution that worked great for our transport needs. He did so with flexibility on the timing and provided us with continuous updates, at least 2-3 times per day as the cargo was being delivered across the country. I ABSOLUTELY would seek out TEC in the future for my interstate cargo needs.
