Urgent shipment completed in less than 20 hours! We had a last minute urgent need for a shipment to be moved from MI to IL and I didn't hear about it until about 3:30 CST. Long story short, by about 1:00 the next afternoon, the shipment was completed. Great communication, friendly people, and followed through on their commitments!

Would recommend Great, constant communication. They mean what they say, and they back up what they say with their actions. When I expedite something, it is definitely expedited. I plan on using them in the future for when my customer needs something NOW. Or at the very least within the same day, depending on where it's coming from. Exceptional Service! Reached out to TEC at 11:30pm, the amazing team of Tim and Jay had a driver inroute by 9am the next day. Continuous contact and the driver Jay was simply amazing! Critical customer SAT issue for us and TEC knocked it out of the park. We don't typically do lots of freight transactions however TEC will get any and all I do have moving forward!
