I have worked with Kelly twice now… I have worked with Kelly twice now (Fall 2022) and then again this October, 2023 for shipping my personal car cross country. She is extremely responsive and a strong communicator which is critical when planning logistics. This past transport was not only smooth, but quick. She connected me with a group of drivers who were prompt, good communicators (gave me a heads up the day before drop off and confirmed all details and then showed up exactly on time) and very reasonably priced.

Best experience with Kelly and GetCarrier I was contacted by Kelly from GetCarrier to get my vehicle shipped from 70 miles away to my place. She was extremely helpful, not only was she the only one with a reasonable quote for the transportation, but she went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle. She was one of a kind. I truly appreciated working with her and defenitely recommand anyone hesitating to work with Kelly and Getcarrier.

John and Get Carrier did great John at Get Carrier did a great job for us. And the driver Arnold made it so easy to stay on top of everything. He was great at calling, he was on time. Arnold also had the same practice on the delivery end. My niece who picked up my car was so pleased. This was easy as far as car shipping.

Dealt with Keith Gipson Dealt with Keith Gipson. I had two shipping containers being delivered. I had a crane come to unload them after he told me they were on their way. Found out from shipping yard they left and did not pickup containers. Cost me 250.00 for crane sitting on site. He said they would cover the costs. They are not. He then was supposed to pick up again today after I had asked him about everyday leading up to this morning if we were good and he assured we were. At 9 am this morning I finally get ahold of him, and he says they had a computer glitch, and the drivers were not scheduled. This company is a joke and Keith is a lying pos. Costs me 500.00 so far for crane service with no containers moved. Do not use these scammers and Keith Gipson the liar.

Good company / Great Service Kelly did a great job for me coordinating my equipment move from Florida to the midwest. I was very happy with the quick response time to any concerns or questions. The equipment was delivered on time, the driver was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely use Kelly @ Getcarrier again!
