Dealt with Keith Gipson Dealt with Keith Gipson. I had two shipping containers being delivered. I had a crane come to unload them after he told me they were on their way. Found out from shipping yard they left and did not pickup containers. Cost me 250.00 for crane sitting on site. He said they would cover the costs. They are not. He then was supposed to pick up again today after I had asked him about everyday leading up to this morning if we were good and he assured we were. At 9 am this morning I finally get ahold of him, and he says they had a computer glitch, and the drivers were not scheduled. This company is a joke and Keith is a lying pos. Costs me 500.00 so far for crane service with no containers moved. Do not use these scammers and Keith Gipson the liar.

They were quick in getting a quote and… They were quick in getting a quote and identifying a carrier to transport my motorcycle from FL to IN. The first carrier declined the day before pickup and GetCarriers worked on the situation to find another carrier who would come pickup the motorcycle on the original scheduled date. The motorcycle was deliver within 5 days from pickup date (including 3 days of long weekend in between) and delivered with no damages at my door. GetCarrier had a very good support team that communicated on a timely manner, followed up on inquiries and ensured my shipping needs were taken care.

I needed someone to move a Tesla Model Y I bought from an auction house in California to New York, and I am very lucky to have found GetCarrier, and particularly Eva Simpson, who is an absolutely fantastic person to work with. She responded to all my emails and even took my phone call - something rare in the car shipping industry. I will definitely continue to use this company and Eva Simpson for my shipping needs in the future. The car was delivered to me at a truck stop, and the shipping company couldn't have been more perfect. The drivers were friendly and helpful. The car was delivered in exactly the same condition it was picked up from California. Overall, I would rate this service an A+++.
