I was very satisfied with the support (David) and 24/7 available service I received. Driver was on time picking up and dropping off the vehicle. He took care in handling the vehicle which I was very appreciative of. Would ship with ship a car direct again, would recommend to a family member or friend.

Stellar 5-star service ranging from… This was my second time using Ship-a-Car Direct. The first transaction was flawless and the last transaction was even better due to a big bonus! Not only did I get the exact date I needed, but I also received covered transport (a lucky match with a driver offering this service for the price of uncovered). My courteous agent delivered my vehicle within hours of my arrival. The timing was unbelievable. So, not only did I get my car picked up on my preferred day, but I also had my clean car delivered on my preferred day with covered transport! SUV from PA to FL I got my SUV back in good condition...a couple days later than expected, but I didn't have to drive it down to Florida myself. Driver was a very nice gentleman (Khalif). I prayed for him because he had a problem with the air compressor during the trip; and I'm sure that was not easy carrying 6-8 vehicles on his 75-foot trailer. Lottie in the office was a super nice lady who explained all the details of getting a vehicle shipped to another state. I would highly recommend Ship A Car to anyone. Very satisfied and reasonably priced.
