I was very satisfied with the support (David) and 24/7 available service I received. Driver was on time picking up and dropping off the vehicle. He took care in handling the vehicle which I was very appreciative of. Would ship with ship a car direct again, would recommend to a family member or friend.

GBGreat experience Great experience, car arrived from a cross country move undamaged and very quickly after pickup (2 days for one car, 3 days for another car). How do you drive from NY to CA in 2 days?? It's like magic. Ship a Car Direct stayed up to date with all developments throughout the process of finding a driver, and checked in several times to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely use again.

GBGreat service, although sometimes felt down to the wire At the end of the day, the car move worked out perfectly (in our case a Honda being shipped from San Francisco to Seattle) - awesome staff on both ends, easy to pay, and more. The ship a car direct app was also helpful. Prices reasonable and better than what our movers would have charged. Only reason I went with 4 stars instead of 5 is that our 3-day window nearly came and went without a carrier accepting the order. Everyone I spoke with at ship a car direct wasn’t remotely concerned, but I think setting this expectation in advance (e.g., that 30% of cars get shipped on day 1 of the window, 40% on day 2, etc) would have helped to lower our anxiety.

GBShipped my car from Los Angeles to New… Shipped my car from Los Angeles to New Jersey. While my biggest concern was the time of arrival and of course a reliable carrier to take care of my vehicle, I was left with probably the worst case scenario. They booked Kwik Trans Inc to ship my car. Upon arrival my vehicle has a clutch that is burnt to a crisp and a $2,000 repair on top of paying nearly the same to ship my vehicle. So while a smash into a wall would have been a better scenario, here I am proving how my vehicle was in perfectly well mechanical condition. Thanks to Shipacardirect for forwarding me the info to attempt them to cover expenses they caused. One star for that. One star for the process in booking and value, it went smoothly. Would have been a glowing 5 and a highly recommended had my car showed up mechanically okay.
