GBThe parcel came safe and quick I have been using this service for few years. I am satisfied with the service and opportunity to track my parcel every step of the way. The customer service is also great through e-mail. Last time I had a problem with my parcel, because my husband sent it through UPS instead of USPS as it was registered. I was worried that I might lose my parcel. But they tracked it for me. Unfortunately I had to pay for it's return, but I was glad that it came safely back, so I could resend it. And it made it very quick. Besides, Fulfilla gave me a discount because of this situation! So I can recommend their service to everyone who wants their package to come safe and quick!

GBi don't understand your website i don't understand your website, i packed a parcel to my mom, if i go to UPS or USPS with it - how do they know the address of your warehouse, customer service didn't give it to me either, kept sending me to the FORM which is a link but to a low rez photo "Tony Soprano". FILL OUT THE FORM. ok i need from who and to WHERE, what would i go to ups with???? I thought it's some sort of weird prank eventually. You spend so much money on marketing, how come your site and customer service are so unprofessional.

This time, I was sending a parcel during a busy period (Christmas and New Year), and it took 35 days to reach the destination. I think it's a very good result, considering the volume of packages people send during the holidays.
