Great support team I sent a package a year ago from the USA to Russia. The support team was very helpful: I forgotten to add the apartment number in the address, but they quickly answered and corrected my mistake. The only unpleasant part was that the package seemed to spend about 15 days in the warehouse before it finally got sent to Russia. The parcel came safe and quick I have been using this service for few years. I am satisfied with the service and opportunity to track my parcel every step of the way.
