Great experience with summer storage for college student. MSC was clean. Our stored items were in perfect condition after 4 months. Staff was friendly and efficient. We loved the drive in loading area as it was raining on move-in day at the college.

Excellent! This is a very nice storage location. It's in a nice residential neighborhood, it has easy access, the storage areas are clean and temperature controlled. My only concern is that it seems to be priced high.

I'd recommend - pleasant, clean, organized & secure We were looking for storage for our daughter's college stuff, rather than cart it all back from Minneapolis to Chicago for the summer. I chose this location because I found discounts online. I was very pleased with the facility and was given good instructions on how everything works. It was very clean, organized and secure.

Friendly and accomodating Everyone I dealt with was helpful, and even went above and beyond to help with my items being delivered for storage.

Needs upkeep Unable to get elevator to work because the red knob that is to be pulled out was broken off. It appeared to have been super glued previously. Had to find a pliers to pull it out. When I got down the hall to my unit, the door was open, floor was dirty & ther was a dead bat lying on the floor! Sure hope we don't get histoplasmosis from the bats! Rodent control is a must!!!!!
