Perfect all-around service. The staff was excellent. Helped pick out perfect size unit. The availability of packing supplies and Uhaul truck was really convenient. I would recommend the facilities to anyone. Thanks for all your help!!

safe,secure,well managed. Facility is very well managed. I feel it is a safe place to stow my belongings. It is always clean. Any issuers I've had were addressed by management ASAP and communicated with me right away. I highly recommend this facility to anyone with storage needs. It has plenty of room in aisles for moving in too. They do have some carpeted areas that shouldnt have it is the only issue that I see needs to be resolved.

I am disappointed in my decision to rent from this facility! I am somewhat disappointed in my decision to rent from the New Hope storage facility. I moved in on Friday, September 13th, around 5:00 p.m. I was pleased with the staff, the price, the indiividually alarmed doors, the unloading inside the building. I was VERY unhappy with the temperature, very very hot inside. It was cooler outside, not my idea of climate controlled. There were only three carts available and two were being used, that left one small cart to unload a 26' truck. The smell of fresh cigarette smoke, someone smoking in the building, and now the worry of my belongings smelling of cigarettes. I chose this facility because of the amenities it provided. I felt my belongings would be safe. I now fear damage from high humidity and cigarette smoke. Please reassure me that this will not be the case. I really do NOT want to move again.

Have recommended this place to everyone I know who is moving The site is super clean and well lit and I have always felt safe coming by myself or even with my little kids. The guys running this place are awesome and very helpful. I wish I knew about them sooner, so I could have started storing some of the stuff that had been sitting in my house unused sooner!
