Clean, convenient storage at a great price I booked my storage unit ahead of time over the phone, got set up quickly and efficiently when I arrived, and was able to pull my vehicle into the facility to make for easier unloading (and helped me avoid the heat that day). Service was friendly, location was secure, and the price was right.

Nice facility. Good systems. Good service. Brian helped us out in a busy Saturday and hustled his but off for me and the other customers waiting. He did a very good job of providing conscientious and respectful service.

Needs upkeep Unable to get elevator to work because the red knob that is to be pulled out was broken off. It appeared to have been super glued previously. Had to find a pliers to pull it out. When I got down the hall to my unit, the door was open, floor was dirty & ther was a dead bat lying on the floor! Sure hope we don't get histoplasmosis from the bats! Rodent control is a must!!!!!

Close, affordable, clean, perfect The New Hope location was a real solution to a problem of where my mother's household would go when we moved her to MN. Our house was already full! Chris was super helpful & extremely pleasant which was very needed on a couple really stressful days for me. The facility is spotless, well lit, secure, and could not be more convenient.

An excellent facility managed by a bright guy who runs a tight ship. The storage facility is in an old building, but climate is well controlled. There are always large carts available by the elevators. Security is excellent, requiring you to enter your code prior to entry in order to deactivate motion sensor and door alarms. The facility is clean and well-kept.
