GBMoving a high value vehicle 768 miles… Moving a high value vehicle 768 miles that you have waited two years to get can be nerve racking.Jackie did an amazing job coordinating the complex move. See this wasn’t just an ordinary move it was a Raptor R which pushes the limits of the widest enclosed transports. Jackie coordinated the move, communicated with the dealership, with me and the driver. He exceeded delivery expectations by having the truck arrive safe, on time and in pristine condition! It’s not too often you will find someone who care about your personal investment the way you do, however Jackie exuded that caring attitude, can do spirit and communication for a complex delivery. Chris the driver of the Semi Truck was awesome. He called when he was a hour out, we coordinated a spot where his enclosed 18 wheeler could park and unload the R. Chris maneuvered the Raptor R out of its securely nestled position on the truck. Inspected it and made sure everything was perfect! If you need to transport your prized possession whether it be a family car, sports car or a Raptor you can’t go wrong with this tag team Jackie and Chris knocked it out of the ballpark!!! Thank you gentleman!!!!!

GBDO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Probably amongst the worst companies to ever deal with it. When I initially reached out, they were very responsive and said quicky make payment to reserve the date. Made payment, and it was like they disappeared - no time frames of when the car would be delivered, no status, in fact, no responses. They outsourced to a 3rd party that did not speak any english. The car was to be delivered to manhattan but they said to pick it up from New Jersey because it was more "convenient" for them. Went to NJ at the agreed meeting spot, only to be told that they went somewhere else since they had to pick up a car from another location, so meet them at yet another location. WORST WORST WORST - i went along with it only becuase they had my car.

GBCustomer Service! I highly recommend US Luxury Shippers. Jackie clearly understands the disappearing concept of ‘customer service’. He answered all my questions and quickly responded to my text and voice mail messages. The drivers were professional and very helpful; transporting my three vehicles halfway across the nation quickly and safely. They even went out of their way and helped get the cars into my garage (not an easy feat since two cars were not operational). I will not hesitate to utilize their services again, and I still have Jackie on my speed dial!

GBExcellent service, will use again! Jackie was able to get my car shipped out without issue even though it was 4th of July weekend with Tropical storm Elsa coming thru. Available, super responsive and got the job done despite the storm requiring us to change up plans. I have shipped many exotic cars and my experience with U.S. Luxury Shippers was one of the best!

GBBad communication but good delivery I contacted US Luxury Shippers online and got a quote very fast. After this, it was radio silence for couple of days until the day before pick up to tell me that the drivers were 1 day ahead of schedule. they picked up the car and delivered it on time (even before expected) and without issues. The drivers were very good but the communication was just bad! Every time I tried to call them I ended up on voicemail which was very annoying and stressful! No signs of them since the pick-up, I received a charge on my card for the remaining amount, which is fine but just the way they operate is weird...
