Arrived dirty and covered in snow! I researched several shippers to transport my new 2019 Corvette from New Hampshire to Montana in early December. U.S.Luxury Shippers was the quickest and most expensive by far, but it was worth it to me to have it before Christmas. They had it picked up within 2 days as promised and delivered to Montana in about 4 days which was great! When it arrived in the enclosed two car trailer it was filthy dirty and was covered in snow! The trailer appeared to be on it's last leg and had expandable foam sprayed in miscellaneous areas of they interior, however, they missed the leaking roof evidently. The biggest problem is that they transport the vehicles with the windows down so they can get in and out of them, so there was dirt and snow on the interior of the vehicle which was sickening. The driver apologized, but that doesn't solve the issue. I immediately called "my contact at U.S. Luxury Shippers" several times and he didn't answer. I paid the driver in cash and signed his release reluctantly because he couldn't leave until I did. For the next 3 days I have tried to reach "my contact at U.S. Luxury Shippers" by calling his direct line, business line and cell phone. He has NEVER returned my call! It should have been a red flag as to the kind of customer service this company offers when the communication all but stopped after I booked it and gave him my credit card deposit. So I guess I shouldn't be surprised that he won't return my calls after there was an issue. This could have been a better experience if there was communication. UPDATE: Upon seeing this post "my contact at U.S. Luxury Shippers" contacted me and has offered to refund 250.00 to pay for some detailing. Better than nothing.

We could not have been happier with the…service. We could not have been happier with the service and delivery. Jackie was incredibly helpful and communicative. And the delivery was faster than we thought possible. The driver was friendly, helpful and incredibly careful with our vehicle. We would use them again in a heartbeat! Can’t go wrong and so much better than hiring a broker where you don’t know who is actually transporting your car.

Customer service I've been in the Automotive business for 48yrs. Recently purchased a 41 Rat rod but done up like a show car. Needed to have it hauled from Indiana to NH in February. Turns out to be a snow storm here in the North East from the time the driver left Indiana all the way to NH. Jackie the Sales rep I dealt with from my 1st call to the delivery was exceptional. Great communication fair pricing and above all perfect customer service. Vehicle showed up two days earlier than scheduled in perfect condition in an enclosed trailer as promised. The driver a Ukrainian that's only been here in the US 2 months is a great guy. I would recommend US LUXURY Tranport to all.
