Bad costumer here. Great business though Bad costumer here. I arranged my car to be shipped with ABC car shipping. Then the driver that was supposed to pick up my car canceled. Naturally I got very upset because it messed with my plans but luckily I was assisted by Chester. He was very patient with me and explained everything and tolerated my negative attitude without frustration. He worked diligently to get me another driver. I didn’t understand that the driver and the booking agent is two separate things and I blamed ABC shipping, but Chester was very patient with me and tolerated my frustrated attitude and explained everything. Greatly appreciate the effort.

KUDOS to Garrett Blackwell I contacted ABC shipping and had the pleasure of working with Garrett Blackwell on shipping a vehicle to Illinois. The first driver couldn't complete the job and Garrett immediately assured me that everything was good, and he would find a driver by Monday. Monday came and Garrett called first thing with a driver that was coming too me within the hour and the delivery was made the next morning. Kudos to Garrett for making this process super easy for a first-time vehicle shipper.

Canceled me at the last minute!! Order Number 11379980 I had set up a shipping date with this company, because of their good reviews. The late morning the car was to be picked up, I got a text from the driver, asking me if I had booked with other companies. I told him no, this was the only company I'd booked with and I was counting on him to transport my car. He told me I had booked with other companies--basically calling me a liar--and canceled! At the last minute! Frantic--I was flying out the next morning--I called ABC and told them what had happened. I told them I needed them to find another transporter, and that I expected to pay the same price. The fee went up $400, and someone did pick up the car early the next morning. This whole thing was very upsetting and unprofessional, and significantly more expensive than originally planned. Order Number 11379980.
