They did a great job with the quote and the specific requests I had for when to ship by, and a "no earlier than" delivery date. I did the request a earlier than needed, so some type of followup or confirmation would have been helpful when first submitted. But everything went smoothly and my car is now in her new home!

Bad costumer here. Great business though Bad costumer here. I arranged my car to be shipped with ABC car shipping. Then the driver that was supposed to pick up my car canceled. Naturally I got very upset because it messed with my plans but luckily I was assisted by Chester. He was very patient with me and explained everything and tolerated my negative attitude without frustration. He worked diligently to get me another driver. I didn’t understand that the driver and the booking agent is two separate things and I blamed ABC shipping, but Chester was very patient with me and tolerated my frustrated attitude and explained everything.
