Bad costumer here. Great business though Bad costumer here. I arranged my car to be shipped with ABC car shipping. Then the driver that was supposed to pick up my car canceled. Naturally I got very upset because it messed with my plans but luckily I was assisted by Chester. He was very patient with me and explained everything and tolerated my negative attitude without frustration. He worked diligently to get me another driver. I didn’t understand that the driver and the booking agent is two separate things and I blamed ABC shipping, but Chester was very patient with me and tolerated my frustrated attitude and explained everything. Greatly appreciate the effort.

I've used ABC Car Shipping twice and… I've used ABC Car Shipping twice and they've been awesome both times! Garret was super helpful and kept me in the loop during the whole shipping process. He answered all my questions and made it stress-free. Plus, their prices were really good compared to other companies I checked out.

they canceled the day of pick up they canceled the day of pick up. they doubled the price if you still wanted service that day. They canceled the contract the next day saying that they could not find a driver at the initial price. So basically they give you a low price to work with and then they raise it. Better tell the truth from the beginning and the person decides if it suits him or not and this happens with many companies.
