flexible and quick They were flexible and quick, with reliable pick up though not consistent information given between the office and the driver with regards to means payment so I suggest you have cash because despite being told that you can use zelle, etc, that was not the case with my driver. But otherwise car was delivered in3 days from NY to AR and was in the same condition.

I was in a dilemma I was in a dilemma, looking for a company to ship my car . I contacted several companies but they all just kept playing around . They’ll tell you your car will be picked up on a certain days but never respond when that day comes . I was nervous... I had heard horror stories of auto transport companies.. but BookEz did help ease that. We had an agent who was new and apparently didn't tell us that the window for pickup was approx. So be way off that and ask every single unidentifiable question. Other than that, we've been happy with the results.
