GBMy wife and I retired in May of this… My wife and I retired in May of this year (2020). We moved to Florida and needed to rent a car to drive down. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we had to ship the rental car back on our own since rental companies were not doing it. GBI was nervous... I had heard horror stories of auto transport companies.. but BookEz did help ease that. We had an agent who was new and apparently didn't tell us that the window for pickup was approx. So be way off that and ask every single unidentifiable question. Other than that, we've been happy with the results.
