I believe communication tat slowed down slightly after payment. But overall with the difficulty of the design and actual product turned out great and will be ordering again with just some slight adjustments!

Amazing service, and quality Ethan and the team at ipacku did a wonderful job designing and making custom candy boxes for our homemade bean to bar chocolate bars that we made for our daughter‘s upcoming wedding. Ethan was very invested in ensuring we were fully satisfied with the design and went to extra efforts to help us make sure the box would fit before they were printed. The boxes arrived quickly and in perfect shape. They fit the candy bar exactly; the quality of the boxes was excellent; and they were easy to fold/assemble. We couldn’t be happier with the service and product we received. We highly recommend ipacku and Ethan if you are in need of a custom box.

Highly recommend for quality and service I just had an excellent experience working with Ipacku and Adam Henry at Ipacku. I ordered custom magnetic closure boxes with foam inserts. The boxes are beautiful and definitely added value to our project. I am not a graphic designer, but Ipacku was very easy to use and the end result is even better than imagined. Adam helped guide me and was very responsive throughout the process. I will absolutely use this company again for future projects.

All you can ask for in a box company I hired Ipacku to custom design a box to be used by my manufacturer in China. They did an excellent job on the first attempt. I sent it to the manufacturer and they asked for a small change. I asked that the change be made and Ipacku made it quickly and very professionally. Off it went to China. Well, still another change was needed -- the UPC code added -- I again sent the request to Ipacku and presto, the next day, there it was in my email box. I felt guilty and said I would be glad to pay something extra for the service, but they wouldn't hear of it.
