It was my first order and he helped me through the entire process, event sent me a print out to test. The communication was perfect, not excessive or overbearing. And, there was no high pressure sales. All and all, I'll definitely use them again.

They were very communicative, had great attention to detail, were very quick on my tight deadline and made a really beautiful product. All you can ask for in a box company I hired Ipacku to custom design a box to be used by my manufacturer in China. They did an excellent job on the first attempt. I sent it to the manufacturer and they asked for a small change. I asked that the change be made and Ipacku made it quickly and very professionally. Off it went to China. Well, still another change was needed -- the UPC code added -- I again sent the request to Ipacku and presto, the next day, there it was in my email box. I felt guilty and said I would be glad to pay something extra for the service, but they wouldn't hear of it.
