Beautiful boxes & VIP customer service I had a great experience with iPackU. Communication was top notch as well as the quality of their boxes & printing. They really bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with the final product and the boxes look gorgeous. All you can ask for in a box company I hired Ipacku to custom design a box to be used by my manufacturer in China. They did an excellent job on the first attempt. I sent it to the manufacturer and they asked for a small change. I asked that the change be made and Ipacku made it quickly and very professionally. Off it went to China. Well, still another change was needed -- the UPC code added -- I again sent the request to Ipacku and presto, the next day, there it was in my email box. I felt guilty and said I would be glad to pay something extra for the service, but they wouldn't hear of it.

Amazing service, and quality Ethan and the team at ipacku did a wonderful job designing and making custom candy boxes for our homemade bean to bar chocolate bars that we made for our daughter‘s upcoming wedding. Ethan was very invested in ensuring we were fully satisfied with the design and went to extra efforts to help us make sure the box would fit before they were printed. The boxes arrived quickly and in perfect shape. They fit the candy bar exactly; the quality of the boxes was excellent; and they were easy to fold/assemble. We couldn’t be happier with the service and product we received. We highly recommend ipacku and Ethan if you are in need of a custom box.

Everything Turned Out Great Let me first start off sharing that ALL businesses go through changes. I happen to be part of one and my initial efforts to get my order processed was challenging with poor communication and difficulties getting support for my company graphics. Then in stepped George. He was apologetic and went above and beyond to get my art corrected and provided me options that turned out better than expected. The communication was much better and I got my product boxes. Had I started off with George, this would absolutely be a 5-Star review. I will renew my orders with them when I need more boxes.
