GBFriendly staff, clean interiors. Nice staff. Originally had 2 units but roommate and I squeezed our full apartment into 1 10x10 unit. We were not charged for the extra reservation and got 1 month free on the unit we did use. Inside looked clean and secure.

GBI reserved a type of unit and they gave… I reserved a type of unit and they gave it away and the price online is not the same as when you go there very bad service from there manager as well

GBWent in and got a room that was not… Went in and got a room that was not what I was told that I would pay. Showed them the quote that I received transferred me into another room that had water damaged and then finally put me in the original room that was above the amount that I was told to pay. Wasted about an hour doing this. The only positive was that they kept the room under the quoted price I received for my time wasted.
