Convenient storage in a good facility Responsive staff and reasonable rates. My storage needs were resolved in one phone call and three days later their truck arrived within the scheduled hour and everything was safely in my new storage unit that afternoon.

I couldn’t be there when… I got sick and couldn’t be there when my movers moved my stuff into my unit. Everyone was helpful in getting the contract to me via email. They made a possibly nightmarish situation into no big deal at all. Thanks Everyone!

Recently rented a unit to keep my furniture Recently rented a unit to keep furniture until I get back into the city. Setting up the contract and getting into the unit was smooth. The box truck arrived early to the apartment and the driver was friendly and helpful. Excellent experience.

Went in and got a room that was not… Went in and got a room that was not what I was told that I would pay. Showed them the quote that I received transferred me into another room that had water damaged and then finally put me in the original room that was above the amount that I was told to pay. Wasted about an hour doing this. The only positive was that they kept the room under the quoted price I received for my time wasted.
