I use NYC Mini Storage because it’s… I use NYC Mini Storage because it’s affordable, close by, the employees are always polite, the facilities are always clean and they help me with whatever issues I have for storage. It’s not that far from the subway in case I need to just visit the facility. I have recommended them to two friends who now also store their items there.

Mini Storage was a little hard to find........ Mini Storage was a little hard to find once I got off the subway due to vague directions from a friend, but, once I found you, seeing the locker, signing up for the locker etc. went very smoothly and everyone was more than professional and nice......I would say super nice.. Plus the fact that everything at the storage site is incredibly clean and obviously cared for.

Ive been using NYC mini storage… Ive been using NYC mini storage services for the past 3 years. We have 3 units here and Its a great storage facility. Amadou, Maldonado, Lissette, Wilson, Carlos, Ramon, Dolmo, Arroyo, are all good people and reliable. They are always willing to go the extra mile to assist and help the client. Thank you NYC for stepping up!

I got there late and still got helped I got there late and still got helped, friendly employees

I would mooooooove with these movers anyday. These mover guys were friendly, mannerly, and accommodating to my every need. We couldn't reach the curtains-they were too high and we were not tall enough. I told them to leave them;there was nothing we could do. I didn't have a ladder visiting NYC!! When I returned the curtains were gone. They went above and beyond the call of duty. My thanks to this trio.
