GBgreat Have had great service at the Burden Park Storage units. Only thing I would change is the gate time for closing in the evening, maybe some longer hours in the summer. Debbie is great to work with.

GBStorage Unit Very Damp I've had this storage unit for two months now, and recently went inside my unit and everything is damp. Not just slightly damp, but to the point where I'll have to pull everything out because it'll be ruined if it's left there much longer. The lady working in the office told me to just put a bag of charcoal in the unit.. not acceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

GBGreat place, should offer better rate if needing more than one storage unit. Have had a storage unit with them for a while. I recently needed another unit temporarily and they didn't offer me a deal, since I had one already.

GBReally love this place! My children have used this storage company in the past and they loved it. Now when I needed a storage unit, Highland Hill Storage was the only place I considered. Debra is always quick to respond to any of my concerns, and is always very pleasant to deal with. In this day and age when customer service reps act like they don't care, I really appreciate it when I find someone who is courteous, no matter what. Thanks so much!
